Service Delivery Reference Group

The group held its first meeting on 13th October, at the ACEVO office in London.

The reference group is made up of policy makers, practitioners and other academics with experience in the field of service delivery. It is chaired by Stephen Bubb, Chief Executive of ACEVO. The group exists to inform and advise TSRC's evolving research on service delivery.
