Service Delivery Reference Group

Background

The service delivery reference group is made up of policy makers, practitioners and other academics with experience in the field of service delivery. It is chaired by Stephen Bubb, Chief Executive of ACEVO. The group exists to inform and advise the development of TSRC's research on many elements of service delivery.
