Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all TSRC events that involve a registration fee.

Organisations may substitute an alternate participant at any time up to the commencement of the conference.

No charge will be made for cancellations received in writing up to 21 days before the start of the conference. Later cancellations will be charged at the full fee.

We reserve the right to cancel an event and to alter the programme, speakers or venue should it be necessary, due to circumstances beyond our control.
